NEW COURT RESERVE online booking effective January 1, 2022
- Existing CBCC members have already been entered into the new system and will receive a welcome email from Court Reserve. There will be a link in the email that will take you to the site to complete your account set up. No payment will be required as you have already paid your $25.
- Non-members/new members can go to the member portal by clicking on https://app.courtreserve.com/Online/Portal/Index/7051 to set up their account. There is a 24-hour approval period so that payment can be verified before your account is activated. The system will send you notifications to let you know the status of your account.
- Please make sure to pay your drop-in fee in person to the coordinator for drop-in activities. Do not pay through CourtReserve.
- There are written instructions, live chat and YouTube videos on the site if you need help with booking or cancelling courts or anything else you may need help with.
- If you cannot resolve an issue in Court Reserve, you may contact cbccbookings@gmail.com for assistance.
Some Rules for Use of Courts:
- All footwear must be clean non-marking runners which have not been used for outdoor activities;
- You must supply your own shuttles and racquets;
- Upon completion of your use of the courts, you must clean all debris from the court; and
- Place your rental amount in an envelope (provided) with the date and time of your rental along with your name (last name and first initial) together with the Court #(s) used. Seal the envelope and place it in the locked box behind Court #3
Court Rental Fees are $16/hr per court
