This page is for all the minutes of meetings of the Society’s Board of Directors, AGM, SGM and Committes.  Minutes of all meetings are reqauired to be approved by either the Board of Directors or Committees or by the Membership for the AGM/SGM minutes.  All minutes will be identified as being “DRAFT” until such approvals are done or Approved
